Agenda Placement Request

To make a request to be placed on the Town Council Agenda, please fill out this form and choose "Request for Council Agenda Placement" under Subject.  All requests to be placed on the agenda must be made 72 hours prior to the meeting date.  In the message box, give a brief explanation of why you are requesting to be placed on the agenda.  Please try to keep your presentation to five minutes.  If your presentation will be longer, please note it in the message box.  To see meeting dates, please click here to view the Town Calendar.  

To make a request to be placed on the Planning Commission Agenda, please fill out this form and choose "Request for Planning Agenda Placement" under Subject.  All requests to be placed on the agenda must be made no later that the first Thursday of the month of the meeting.  In the message box, give a brief explanation of why you are requesting to be placed on the agenda. To see meeting dates, please click here to view the Town Calendar.  

Personal or personally identifiable information contained in a question or comment sent to the Town in an e-mail message or in an online form submitted to the Town will be used by the Town to respond to the request. The Town may redirect the message to another Town department or person who is in a better position to answer the question.

Information provided to the Town of Hotchkiss becomes a record kept by the Town and may be disclosed to others pursuant to the requirements of the Sunshine Law. No information is exempt from such disclosure unless Federal or State law specifically exempts it. Any information provided as part of a job application as well as credit card information will be protected from disclosure.
